A Visit from Grandpa and Grandma

It’s always so much fun when these guys come to visit!!  They drove down (from Vancouver!) on the 10th of November and drove back the 14th.  So, it was a short visit, but always worth it!  The only pictures we took were from our day trip to Virginia City, a true old west town.  We walked up and down the boarded sidewalks, wandered through the touristy shops, and ate lunch in an old saloon.  It was a fun day.   On another day, we took them to Scheel’s and got an early start on some Christmas shopping.  It was a nice and relaxing visit.  The girls of course love playing with Grandpa and Grandma, and they had some great play sessions with Grandpa this time since his back is feeling a lot better these days!  (Although we almost took him out again when he tried hurdling our leather ottoman and didn’t quite make it . . . . I can laugh about it now, but it was a little scary at the time:)   And of course we loved showing them our house and new area and everything.  Anyway, thanks so much for coming, David and Mary!  Love you guys!
