General Conference was in the middle of our two week spring break, and Dan had Thursday and Friday off as well, so we headed to Saratoga for a fun filled weekend! We drove down Thursday. Friday morning, Dan and I went to Los Gatos and had a little running date on the Los Gatos Creek Trail. It’s so beautiful. 
Saturday we hit up Man Camp. So fun.
Saturday evening the men all went to the Priesthood Session and then out for their traditional dinner. So us moms and kids all got together at Beth’s house for a swim party! Always a good time.
Sunday, we watched conference and made Spencer’s waffles. Kate was definitely more into the homemade waffles than her eggo waffle we gave her a little earlier:) Who can blame her?! Top with nutella, homemade berry syrup, fresh strawberries, and whip cream, and they are seriously the best waffles I’ve ever had!
In between conference sessions, Mike called us to see if we wanted to come cruise his new Ferrari. Ummm . . . . yeah! It was perfect weather for a Sunday drive.
Monday we went to Santa Cruz and spent the day at the beach! I love watching these cousins play together.
Tuesday we ran errands, did laundry, and got all our stuff ready. And then Wednesday we drove down for an awesome trip to Disneyland!!! Stay tuned for pictures!
