Kate turned 7 months on Christmas Day! It was also her first time sitting up! Yay! What a big girl:)

   

Christmas 2013

My whole family was together for Christmas again this year, which was awesome! On Monday, the 23rd, we acted out the Nativity for FHE.

And the Three Wise Men were pretty cute too!

My parents hosted Christmas Eve dinner this year. We had a full house!

My Grandpa read his traditional program, and we all sang the Christmas hymns.

The German pyramid we bought for my mom in Germany when she watched the kids for us.

Traditional cousin gift exchange! This year everyone had the cousin below them in age.

Matching Christmas jammies! The girls’ adorable pajamas came from J.Crew. Boys’ – Carter’s. This was our best attempt at a picture of all 12 grandchildren! haha. 6 boys and 6 girls.

It was a serious whirlwind of presents . . . . and just like that, it was over. What a mess!

Thanksgiving

Every other year we go down to Jim and Susan’s house in Vegas for the Polley Thanksgiving. It was another great reunion to go down in the books!

I wish I would have gotten a picture of everyone there. There were sure a lot of us! I think almost 60!

Kids table set up in their office . . . . they were just setting up tables wherever they could fit one!

So many cups! And beds in the garage for the teenagers and singles.  

The Polley’s house was packed, so we actually stayed at Ashley and Spencer’s house since they are down in Vegas for dental school. They went to Spencer’s parents for Thanksgiving, so we overlapped them for one night, but it was so nice of them to let us stay there while they were gone! It was fun seeing their cute house.

The Walton family all together for the first time in a very long time! So glad the Johnsons could come this year . . . . it had been 8 years since they’ve been able to come!
